Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, shipping address, phone if opted in for SMS) and information generated by your use of our site (order history, session data, device identifiers).

• To fulfill and communicate about orders.
• To send order and delivery text alerts, if you opt in (see SMS Terms).
• To send promotional text messages, only if you separately opt in to that program.
• To maintain your account, loyalty balance, and order history.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• To send research materials updates if you subscribe to our newsletter (unsubscribe anytime).

We do not collect payment card numbers. Card processing is handled by our payment processor, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We receive only a transaction confirmation token.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you asked for:

• Shipping carriers, for delivery purposes.
• Payment processors, for transaction processing.
• Our SMS delivery provider, solely to transmit the messages you have opted in to receive.
• Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

These providers may use your information only to perform that service for us. They may not use it for their own purposes, and they may not sell it or share it onward.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. This information is used only to deliver the messages you have asked us to send.

We operate two separate text message programs, and opting in to one does not opt you in to the other:

• Order & delivery alerts — shipping confirmations and delivery updates tied to an order you placed.
• Offers & new product texts — promotional messages, which require your separate express written consent.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or in your account settings. Full program details, message frequency, and support contacts are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

We retain order records for seven years for regulatory and accounting purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of non-order data by contacting privacy@agerepeps.com.

We use essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact privacy@agerepeps.com to exercise these rights.

Our platform is restricted to users 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
