SMS Messaging Disclosure
Program Description
AGERE (Agere LLC) offers an optional SMS messaging program to provide order shipping confirmations and delivery status alerts. Message frequency depends on order activity — typically 2–4 messages per order.
Opt-In
You may opt in to SMS alerts during checkout by selecting the SMS opt-in checkbox and providing your mobile number. By doing so, you consent to receive automated text messages from AGERE about your orders.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. AGERE does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard text messaging rates.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AGERE SMS message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also opt out through your account settings.

Supported Carriers
Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier availability may vary.
Privacy
