Program Description

AGERE (operated by Agere LLC) offers two separate, optional text message programs. Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other, and neither is a condition of any purchase.

1. Order & delivery alerts

Shipping confirmations and delivery status updates for an order you placed. Frequency depends on order activity — typically 2–4 messages per order.

2. Offers & new product texts

New product announcements, restock alerts and promotional offers. Up to 6 messages per month.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by ticking the relevant checkbox at checkout, or at any time under Account → Text Message Preferences. Each program has its own checkbox, and neither is pre-selected.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. AGERE does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging rates according to your plan.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any AGERE text message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts from that program.

Replying STOP cancels both programs. To resume order and delivery alerts, reply START. Promotional texts require a fresh opt-in, which you can give under Account → Text Message Preferences.

You may also turn either program off at any time in your account settings, without texting anything.

Supported Carriers

Compatible with major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier availability may vary.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Privacy

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
